BRN Creations is an interior design studio working across residential, commercial and hospitality spaces. We take projects from the first conversation through concept, documentation, procurement and installation — one team, accountable for the whole thing, rather than a design handed over at the door and left to survive whoever builds it.
Our work runs from single rooms to full properties, and from a boutique café fit-out to an office floor. What connects them is the approach: we design for how a space will actually be used, and we stay involved until it is.
What we do
Six services cover most of what a project needs, and most projects use more than one:
- 3D interior design — photorealistic renders and walkthroughs, so decisions are made by seeing rather than imagining.
- Residential interiors — apartments, villas and independent houses, whole-home or room by room.
- Commercial interiors — retail, showrooms and client-facing floors built for footfall and daily wear.
- Office interiors — workplaces zoned for focus and collaboration, with acoustics treated as a design input.
- Hospitality interiors — hotels, restaurants and lounges, planned for atmosphere and for service flow.
- Modern furniture — bespoke joinery and curated pieces, specified to the room and delivered in one installation.
How we work
Every project starts with how the space will actually be used. Design decisions follow from that, not the other way round — which is why our first meeting is mostly questions and our first drawings are layouts rather than mood boards.
1. Consultation
We walk the space, understand the brief, and talk honestly about budget and programme before anything is drawn. If what you want and what you have will not meet, that is a better conversation to have on day one.
2. Concept
Layouts, material direction and 3D visuals you can react to. Nothing is ordered and nothing is built until you have seen the space at eye level and agreed it.
3. Detailing
Technical drawings, joinery details and specifications precise enough for a contractor to price without padding. This is the stage that decides whether a project runs smoothly.
4. Delivery
We coordinate trades, track lead times across suppliers, and supervise on site through to snagging and handover — so what gets built is what was approved.
Where we work
We are based in Mumbai and work across Maharashtra, Goa and southern India, with completed projects in Mumbai, Bandra, Alibaug and Goa. Travel is part of the job; we would rather be on site than assume it is going to plan.
Working with us
Most of our projects come from people who have seen our work in someone else's home or office. That tends to mean expectations are set by something real, which suits us — we would rather be judged on a finished room than on a portfolio image.
